You determine which is most efficient and cost effective for your financial institution. The three levels are:
1.Complete on-site solution featuring local BSA Reports availability. The data is stored on one of the servers at the bank. BSA/AML personnel uses transaction data to create reports while performing duties at the bank location. Remote access to the BSA reports is not available. Bank IT Administrator monitors the server to insure data availability.
2.Complete on-site solution as mentioned above plus BSA/AML Solutions secure remote access to the BSA Reports, available to consultants while working off bank premises. This solution requires a secure VPN connection configuration between the bank and BSA/AML Solutions office.
3.A remote transaction reports storage at Eudox Systems Data Center, which enables BSA/AML Solutions consultant any-time access to the BSA reports via secure VPN connection. This solution does not require any maintenance from the bank side, as data is automatically uploaded from the bank to the Eudox Systems Data Center via secure connection. This solution is recommended for smaller institutions that don't have a full time IT administrator on site.
